Know the difference between text and a whole word
Unquoted text can match inside a word. The fragment “pro” can appear in a model name and in ordinary words such as “project”. If you mean the standalone word, enter "pro" with double quotes. Capitals are ignored in both forms.
This matters most for short model labels and exclusion words. Before excluding a two- or three-letter fragment, read a few normal seller titles and consider what else contains it. A longer distinctive model phrase is often more useful than a short abbreviation.
Keep phrases together and alternatives separate
Enter "for parts", "case only", "box only" as comma-separated quoted phrases to identify several accessories or repair patterns. A title can trigger the exclusion by matching any one of those phrases. The quotes keep the phrase together; commas separate the alternatives.

Account for meaning that punctuation cannot solve
An exact phrase still does not understand a sentence. “Not for parts” contains the phrase “for parts”, and “camera with box only opened once” may contain words you intended to exclude. When a pattern occurs in both useful and unwanted titles, explain the actual buying requirement in AI match criteria instead.
Avoid trying to encode every grammatical exception. Use a short keyword to find the item, a small number of reliable word filters, and criteria that describe what must actually be included. Revisit the most recent change if a previously useful search becomes unusually quiet.
