Can I build my own plan?
Yes. Choose how many 1-minute, 10-minute and hourly searches you need, then select monthly or weekly billing in the web app. You can also choose one of five ready-made monthly plans. Every ready-made web plan mixes checking intervals.
What am I paying for?
Active search capacity at the checking intervals included in your plan. Each active search watches one marketplace and uses one slot at its interval. Matches and edits do not use extra slots.
Can I move a slot to a different marketplace?
Yes. Pause or remove the search using it, then activate another search at the same interval. There is no marketplace price multiplier. The new marketplace must be available for your location.
Does pausing a search pause my subscription?
Pausing a search frees its slot but does not pause subscription billing. Manage or cancel your subscription through the provider you subscribed with.
Can I turn a 60-minute slot into a 1-minute slot?
A slot belongs to its checking interval. To run a search every minute, you need available 1-minute capacity. Change your plan if you need a different mix of intervals.
Do I pay again to use a second device?
You can use the same account and its capacity across supported devices. You do not need another subscription just to use your phone or a different browser.
Can I have two subscriptions or switch billing providers?
An account has one active subscription. Manage your current plan through its existing provider. To move to a different provider, cancel the current subscription and wait for paid access to end before subscribing again.
Where do I see my exact local price?
Your account shows the plans available to you. The checkout shows your local price, taxes and renewal terms before you subscribe.
